Due to the nature of digital products, including ebooks, guides, templates, and downloadable content, all sales are final once the product has been delivered or accessed.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

• Digital downloads
• Online guides and ebooks
• Instant-access products
• Membership or educational content

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

• You were charged more than once for the same product
• The product was not delivered successfully
• You received the incorrect product
